Welcome to Snap A Deal Cafes ("the App", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Snap A Deal Cafes is a mobile application that enables customers to discover nearby cafes, view menus, make table reservations, access exclusive offers, and engage with local dining experiences. Business owners may also use the Platform to manage their cafe listings, menus, offers, events, and reservations.
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Snap A Deal Cafes application or any associated website or service, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snap A Deal Cafes. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, including making reservations, saving favourites, and managing a business listing, you must create an account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account information current at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, abusing promotional offers, or any other fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.
You may use the Platform solely for its intended purposes: discovering cafes, making reservations, viewing menus and offers, and, for business owners, managing cafe listings and related content. All use must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The Platform facilitates table reservation requests between customers and participating cafe businesses. When you submit a reservation request, you are making a request to the relevant cafe, which may confirm, modify, or decline your request at its sole discretion.
A reservation is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation notification through the Platform. We do not guarantee that any reservation request will be accepted.
You are responsible for cancelling any reservation you are unable to honour in a timely manner. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on your ability to make future reservations.
Business owners are responsible for honouring confirmed reservations and maintaining accurate availability information. Snap A Deal Cafes is not liable for any failure by a business to honour a confirmed reservation.
Cafes may publish special offers, discounts, and promotions through the Platform. These offers are provided by the respective cafe businesses and are subject to the terms and conditions set by each business, including validity periods, availability, and redemption conditions.
While we encourage businesses to maintain accurate offer listings, Snap A Deal Cafes does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any offer. You should confirm offer details directly with the cafe before visiting. Snap A Deal Cafes is not responsible for any failure by a cafe to honour a published offer.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Content") about cafes through the Platform. By submitting User Content, you grant Snap A Deal Cafes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
All User Content must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine personal experience. You must not submit reviews for cafes you have not visited, post reviews on behalf of a business or competitor, or submit content that is false or misleading.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful to the Platform or its users.
Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information submitted to the Platform, including cafe details, menus, images, offers, events, and operating hours.
By uploading menu content, including PDF menus and images, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all uploaded content, and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Business owners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including food safety, licensing, and consumer protection laws. Snap A Deal Cafes does not verify compliance and is not responsible for any regulatory violations by listed businesses.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any business listing that violates these Terms, receives repeated negative reports, or that we determine poses a risk to users or the integrity of the Platform.
All content, features, and functionality of the Snap A Deal Cafes Platform — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Snap A Deal Cafes or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein. We collect information such as your name, contact details, location data, booking history, and usage data to operate and improve the Platform.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Location data is used solely to show you nearby cafes and is not stored beyond your active session unless you have granted persistent location permissions.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snap A Deal Cafes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snap A Deal Cafes and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14 shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snap A Deal Cafes operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by other means prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
